We accept returns, provided they meet all the following criteria:

  • The products were bought from www.vital-roots.co.uk 
  • The return is initiated within 14 days of receiving your items.
  • All products must be in a perfect resalable condition.
  • The products must be clean, undamaged, unused, unopened, and complete in the original packaging.

Refund Process

We aim to maintain a returns policy that is clear and uncomplicated. You have a period of 14 days from the date of receipt of your item to initiate a return through our Customer Care Team at info@vital-roots.co.uk 

Exchanges

Product Exchanges: 

Please note, we don’t offer exchanges. You will need to place a new order and return your original for a refund.
